SAE: Considered top house, lot of douchey guys and have a lot of allegations but they have some nice guys and throw sick parties

Sig Ep: Have some of the best parties at UCLA, friendly guys and have good events w sororities but still pretty douchey

Sig Chi: Surfer dudes, chill vibe and have good relations w sororities, but all their parties are awful since they get so hot everyone leaves

Lambda: Really cool guys and throw fun parties. some of their guys are kinda weird but overall still a good house.

Phi Psi: Really nice physical house and threw great parties over c sesh. Overall cool guys but recent pledge class is smaller

Snu: Cool guys, have good relations with other houses. They threw great parties in spring but some guys in their winter pledge class are pretty weird

ZBT: Have some nice guys, they had fun party themes like with a mechanical bull and bounce house but their parties were pretty empty tbh, they also don't have a house at the moment since it was raided by rats
