Frat reputations/breakdown for freshman

For incoming freshman these are the most relevant houses:
Top tier:
SAE: These boys do the most events with the top sororities and are seen as the typical 'douchy' fraternity guy by a lot of the greek and non-greek community. They are still a lot of nice and really interesting boys here though. As for the pledging, its pretty time consuming and rigorous.
Sigma Chi: Really great house and does a lot of events with top sororities. They have a very west coast vibe and are a little geographically distant from the rest of the houses. Their pledging is more soft than the other top houses, but a good brotherhood regardless.
Sig Ep: These guys are pretty similar to SAE but maybe a little less douchey. They are with the top sororities as well, and the pledging is fairly tough too.
Sigma Nu: Probably more of the nice guys of the top houses. These boys have great relationships with the top sororities, and the pledging is as hard as the other top houses.
Upper-Mid:
ZBT: A really strong house, and they connect with many of the top sororities. They're thought to be dumb and boozy, but the guys are great. ZBT definitely has the hardest and most brutal pledging of the houses at ucla.
Lambda: A really solid house with guys known to be smart and down to earth. Pretty well liked by most of greek life.

1. PWGs mating males of other races.
2. PWGs relationships with butch / bi girls.
3. Increasing percentage of liberal passive white males not sheltering their same race potential mates from numerous outside species ending threats.
4. Dads not protecting their PWG vulnerable daughters from these numerous outside species ending threats.
5. The media now glamorizing mixed race mating.
6, The music industry attracting PWGs to mixed race mating cultures through rap, hip hop and soul music tracks.
