21-22 Sorority breakdown for incoming freshman

For you incomers these are the most relevant houses:

Top tier:

Alpha Phi: These girls have great connections with the top fraternities. They're hot, fun, and often have a lot of money as they are the most expensive house. Solid sisterhood, but not super strong, as they are a little cliquey. Many COBs

Kappa Kappa Gamma: Also have super strong relationships with top frats. These girls are the more stereotypical hot blonde girls, but some great girls nonetheless. They kind of have a mean reputation, but they are much nicer than you'd expect.

Theta: Great relationships with top frats. They are really well liked during rush due to how nice and chill the girls are. Not super diverse as they are usually the peachy blonde girl type, but a great house.

DG: Strong relationship with top frats. These girls are more bro-y and super cool and diverse. Still really pretty girls with probably the strongest sisterhood of the top houses. The girls are really social and open to any of the other houses.

Upper-Mid:

Pi Phi: Really solid house. Their reputation is fun bubbly cute party girls. They have really good relationships with top frats. More diverse than you'd expect.

Chi O: These girls are really down-to-earth. Less of a party vibe than Pi Phi, but really genuine and interesting. These girls are fairly chill and have some sense of 'granola girl' in them, but in a good way.
