Tdx shouldn't be that high, SAE still better than SigChi, DTD is better than theta xi and pikapp should be upper mid

Very accurate! Sometimes I don't like ZBT parties because they are so packed but other than that they definitely deserve to be top house. SigEp parties are a little strange.

Yeah I think SAE is still over SigChi, and PiKapp at least tied with SigNu if not better, especially after what SigNu did to get themselves on probation earlier this year. Plus I was at PiKapp's winter wonderland party last night and it was HUGE.

Pi Kapp did really well. They aren't above Lambda or Beta, but they're at least tied with Sigma Nu now.
