Honestly there's no time to rush all the houses so if you're a sociable kid looking for a good time rush the top six houses and you'll likely find a good fit somewhere.

agreed. can someone type out the scoop on pikapp actually? these boys are chill but've been pretty quiet lately?

They had a small pledge class. Their pc is alright but nothing compared to the top houses. Honestly, they've been at the same place in terms of ranking for the past couple years and it doesn't seem like they're getting any better. The only thing I can see happening is them jumping Sigma Nu. Their 2nd and 3rd years are the ones keeping the house alive because they're all really involved on campus but everyone else is just meh. They're super close with small groups of girls in each house as opposed to being really close with one whole house.

I agree with this although I would out pikapp and sigma Nu on the same level and DTD in front of Sig Pi

id take Theta Xi out of mid and put DTD above SigPi in Mid. Solid Mid these guys

i don't know who decided that because dtd bid a bunch of kids at rush they're now a "mid" house. anyone who actually goes to this school knows that dtd is not a mid house

The last house in the mid tier is Pi Kapp. Anyone below them is irrelevant, including DTD.

The way I see it, the mid tier is either just Beta Lambda and Sig Nu, or it's Beta Lambda Sig Nu Pikapp Sig Pi DTD and maybe Theta Xi. Beta Lambda and Sig Nu are way better than Pikapp and below so I can see why they would be in their own league. But if you're gonna include Pikapp, you gotta include Sig Pi and DTD. I know for a fact those houses go for the same kids and often take/lose some from one another.
