How are sorority rankings formed

Genuinely curious, how are sorority rankings formed?? Apart from which frats they’re paired with and ‘looks’, is there anything else that contributes to these ranks? Everyone here makes such a huge deal about it but what really determines the positions ? All the PCs have a diverse range of girls anyway
