COB/informal rush fall/winter 20-21?

Looking at each sorority's instagram this fall, it seems that the new pc for each house this year is significantly smaller than usual (max. 50 for top houses). Does this mean most houses will be looking to recruit through informal rush/cob this fall/winter for pnms who couldn't rush this fall, or will they simply wait till next year?
