what makes a top house?

Why are ZBT, Sigma Chi, SigEp, and SAE considered top houses?

What is it based off of...sports, sorority relations, campus presence, looks?

the greek system is extremely superficial; the top houses are generally the best looking, and as such they can pull the best sorority relations.

The Pretty White Girl (PWG) is going extinct.
They are America's most endangered human species.
America's smallest minority group. 🥺

PWGs are @ 1 in 15 in last Spring's sorority PCs.
It was 1 in 3 ten years ago.

Take many pictures of them, so we can remember what they looked like... 🦄

Also sports play into the equation. Sig ep has a lot of rugby players, zbt a lot of football players. Zbt and sig ep also fight for best I'm football team

Zbt won Alpha Phi's Mr Greek competition as well. Things are looking good for them right about now

ZBT is dominating right now. Like the previous posters mention they won A football and Mr. Greek this fall. They won A-softball last spring and are currently back to back A basketball champs trying for the 3 peat. They did the best by far at rush and have been on full social this quarter having multiple events every week. The sky is the limit for these guys
