who are the new top houses
by: CuriousNow that it's been a month since rush, is there an established top fraternity and sorority on the row? Or is there a still a tie for the top dog? SAE and Alpha Phi?

SAE and Alpha Phi are most definitely top houses. SAE will always be top house and to the fool that said Beta is going to be top house get out of here. That house is filled with a bunch of kooks and weirdos. The ones that we didn't want in our house went to either ZBT or Beta and they're still sour about it. Sorry but SAE & ZBT are going to be fighting for top house for years to come and Sig Ep and Sig Chi are runner ups but not as good and the middle tier houses... They're not even fraternities. Just a bunch of girls socializing and living in a house. Once these frats start accepting men (which won't be for a while), then we'll talk.

ZBT gave out like 60 bids, 47 accepted. SAE gave out 60 bids, like 30 accepted. Youre an idiot.

sorry to say it but the top houses this year are kappa for the sororities and ZBT for the frats. right behind both is definitely alpha phi and SAE but kappa and ZBT are definitely ahead of the two especially thanks to their incredible pledge classes. both have such hot pledges and alpha phi and SAE's are disappointing this year
