who are the new top houses

Now that it's been a month since rush, is there an established top fraternity and sorority on the row? Or is there a still a tie for the top dog? SAE and Alpha Phi?

ZBT is top frat and Kappa is top sorority
some people would argue that alpha phi is tied with kappa
but ZBT is definitely top Frat without a doubt

The only reason ZBT is top is since they're not on social pro. SAE gets off next quarter.

ZBT top right now, Sigma Chi/SigEp right behind. SAE slipping fast...weak freshmen and sophomores can't keep this house at the top.

Come next year (or more like the one after that) I could see the top tier being:
ZBT, SigEp, Sigma Chi, Beta

The top frat at UCLA is ZBT without a doubt
The top sorority right now is Kappa after they killed it at rush
Alpha phi is right behind them but have a weak pledge class this year
SAE is only good cuz of their seniors and juniors
They're sophomores and freshmen and being on social prob hurt them so much they're definitely not as strong as ZBT

Beta will never be top. SAE and ZBT will always be top 2. Just talk to any girls in kappa or alpha phi

zbt is without a doubt the top house. I agree with how it looks, sae is slipping because of their younger guys. Also, sig ep isn't really progressing. Although its widely said sae is a top house, actually looking at the guys in the house overall would say otherwise. I would say in a year or two, top houses will be a juggle between zbt sig ep sig chi beta lambda

This is not true. Sig nu and Phi psi were both considered top houses in the past five years, but aren't any more (for different reasons of course)
