top tier srats 2020

In recent years Dg and Theta have taken the top two spots.
Before that, Kappa and Alpha Phi were top two.

That being said, they are all top 4, top tier srats at UCLA and have been for a long time. They all do events with top frats. The perception of their "order " may change over the years, but these have been the 4 top tier for a long time.

Agree that Theta and DG are currently top two. But PNMs should know that Kappa and Alpha Phi round out the top tier. If top tier is what you're after, these are the houses. Order makes no difference. They all have events with top frats and have equal prestige.
