If you have two of these top houses for Pref round, just pick the one you connected with best.

Agree. Can’t deny that they’ve done really well over the last few years, I’ll give them that. And it’s obvious with trolls like the reply above so obsessed with saying otherwise that they’re doing something right. Just saying, it is what is. Good for them! There’s room for everyone to be great

the only troll here is you, commenting as different people, liking your own posts, and downvoting anyone who speaks the truth about Pi Phi. It's embarrassingly clear that you're a Pi Phi who wanted desperately to get into a top house and didn't, and is now trying to convince PNMs Pi Phi is actually desirable, which is not going to happen because they can all see through your desperation. Nice try though :)
