anyone who denies anything said here is retarded.

The top houses are clear; they're ZBT, Sigma Chi, and SAE.

Sig Ep is not far behind.

Lamba Chi, Sig Nu, and Beta come after that.

No other house is even worth mentioning, that is a fact.

SAE, ZBT, Sig Chi, Sig Nu, Sig Ep, Beta, and Lambda are the only houses you will actually be able to get laid in.

For anyone trying to rush in the fall it's very clear that there's 4 top houses: Sig Chi, ZBT, SAE, and Sig Ep

If you can't get a bid in any of those houses, then the middle tier is: Sig Nu, Beta, Lambda, and maybe Sig Pi

Any other house isn't worth joining, and anyone who denies this ranking doesn't know what they're talking about. Regardless, this will be very apparent to anyone who is rushing based on the guys they meet in each house

based on the number of incoming freshmen each year there's never going to be such a thing as a top 2. There's enough cool guys rushing fraternities each year that they can't all be concentrated in only 2 houses. there's always going to be at least a top 4 and probation clearly hasn't had any effect on that in the past, so it's not going to change now
