Top three in no particular order (since everyone has their own bias) go: Sig Chi, SAE, ZBT

Guys can't go wrong rushing either of these houses, they all are really good looking and throw super fun parties

i'd say it's a top tier. there's the top 4-

sig chi/sae/sigep/zbt

they're all top houses but offer something different
guys can't go wrong rushing these 4!

top tier at ucla is ZBT / sig ep / sigma chi

i heard SAE is always in trouble...they used to be top house but I think they've lost that rep now

The only top houses that really show brotherhood are SAE and Sigma Chi.

Sure they can be massive d-bags. They seem into each other almost to a fault, but they would have each other's backs in any situation.

The same cannot be said of the other two houses: Sig Ep and ZBT.

ZBT is just a collection of ex-atheletes with some goobs sprinkled in.

Sig Ep is just a bunch of stoners who seem to only like those in their respective grades.

They both may throw sick parties, but brotherhood is what a fraternity is all about.

how recently has the "top 4" been around?

Sig Chi has been up around the top for a while it seems.

ZBT looks to have been surging towards the top thanks to their solid president. Too bad nationals made him step down recently.

SigEp has okay older guys..they better hope their seeminglyy sick new guys step up to keep this chapter moving in the right direction.

SAE has tight older guys, but weak pledge classes has made their spot in that top tier a little shaky.
