USC ATO #1! Top house in all of LA!

Best houses are in no order ZBT, Sig Chi, Sae, Sig Ep

ZBT: Have some sick guys but also have a good amount of goobers. Parties are fun and always have booze but hazing is quite harsh

Sig Chi: Smaller Pledge classes than the other top houses so less overall members. Very fun guys once you meet them but are a bit standoffish at first. Care more about brotherhood than anything else

SAE: They party hard and drink a lot. They are considered the "Douchebags" of the row but many girls still like them. Very hit or miss with girls.

Sig Ep: Parties are pretty crowded but its mostly just standing around drinking. Girls come over more to just hang out than to hook up with guys. Smoke a lot of weed and are pretty much chillers

Sig Nu: no longer a top house

haha i live in texas all the frats here are so BRO they all dress/talk/act the same way.. they think its super cool they look like dumb hicks a lot of the time. are frats in cali any better?? maybe people with some individuality i hope??

Didn't rush fall because I wanted to see how my first quarter at UCLA would go and now I decided that I want to rush, are any fraternities holding rush this winter? Is it like Fall and Spring, or is Winter rush non-existent?
