UCLA USC GREEK COMPARISON

this is so dumb, can't they spend their time elsewhere

My parents who are SC alums actually like hiring UCLA students, the vast majority of UCLA grads don't have much ambition (probably like their parents) and why they couldn't afford a prestigious private school. Anyways since UCLA grads aren't very ambitious they cost a lot less to keep around and my parents save a lot of money. The problem with SC grads is they are movers and shakers and are very very ambitious and demanding so their salaries by comparison get up over double a UCLA grad.

The cost to bribe your way into USC or Harvard or Stanford is 1 Million dollars. The cost to bribe your way into UCLA is a 1/2 price Taco Bell coupon.

Do people actually think USC is prestigious? That was the most shocking part of the college admissions scandal to me lol, I could get paying to get your kid into an Ivy, MIT, Hopkins, Northwestern, Georgetown, Duke, Stanford etc., but USC? The SMU of California

UCLA is not prestigious enough to bribe your way into.
UCLA= BAKERSFIED COLLEGE SOUTH CAMPUS.... state schools are state schools.

UCLA is a public school with the same size endowment as USC, a private school. The only reason USC is taking bribes is bc they’re broke compared to the elite schools they want to be like. Harvard/ Princeton/ MIT and a bunch of schools that dwarf USC in terms of prestige weren’t caught taking bribes and USC was. USC is a broke welfare baby mama with bleached hair wearing a knockoff Gucci belt.

Ivies/ Stanford/ MIT/Hopkins etc. don’t actually cost a lot to attend. Middle class and low income students usually attend these schools for free (or they are guaranteed debt free/ not to pay more than 10% of their household income). The only reason USC only has rich kids is because they’re too broke/ their endowment is too small to compete with these elite schools, so they settle for the rich kids that couldn’t get into the Ivy League to pay their bills.

UCLA doesn’t have to worry about losing the most desirable students to cost because it’s a public school, and they can allocate their scholarships to out of state students without blowing their endowment. USC basically gets stuck with whoever can pay.

As an SC student I must defend UCLA, the coffee shop we frequent in BH has a barista with a degree from UCLA, their coffee making school must be top notch... just saying.
