sorority scandals??

Piphi had a huge c oke scandal and got kicked of the row a couple years ago, theta bought all of their instagram followers last year, dg is broke and can’t pay for any events.... however you aren’t an incoming freshman and this is an obvious post by a house that’s infimidated by Theta, Dg, aphi and the other top houses :)

if you rush:
aphi - multiple scandals in past years, most likely to be on social probation/no events. most expensive house for having less events than others. party house with less campus involvement but good top frat relations
dg - lowest dues and not “broke” but struggles with their social budget, you’ll likely have to pay per some events (i.e. date parties, some sisterhoods) to supplement dues. also likely to have events cancelled/raids in-house to save money
theta - bought instagram followers, shady recruitment tactics and focuses on blondes and cookie cutter pnms. “fun” house but fake and you’ll struggle to find sisterhood and true friends here
kappa - same as theta, reputation for being fake and uninteresting. lowest of the top 4, dropping social reputation due to poor recruitment, and poor sisterhood
pi phi - known to be the “party house” but still has great sisterhood and involvement. definitely problems with old pcs from 4-5 years ago but has improved drastically. still, not on par with the rest of the top houses and will have a mix of events with top and mid tier frats instead of only top like aphi/theta
