Everyone on this site only really talk about the top 4 fraternities, what about the next three?
Sigma Nu
Lambda Chi Alpha
Beta Theta Pi

Do they have good parties and hang out with attractive girls?
What are the guys like?
Do they have decent houses? etc.....

Any info would be great, thanks!

They all suck really, except for Signu (cool guys imo) the rest are meh and I dont see why they're considered "upper middle" or the next after Top -Tier. I could think of better houses.
