honest frat/sorority ranks ‘19/‘20 (stop being annoying)

I think we’re all sick of the fake posts on here so I’m just gone throw out the honest truth of it all right now, then we can agree to only make funny posts on here instead of petty girl and boy drama.

Frats:

Top:
Sig Chi
SAE/Sig Ep
Sig Nu

Upper Middle:
ZBT
Lambda
Beta

Middle:
Theta Xi
AEPi
DTD

Bottom:
Theta Chi
Sig Pi

We will see:
Phi Psi (was decent but has had some, uh... issues lately)
Pi Kapp (new house, used to be low, but hey good luck)


Sororities:

Top:
DG/Theta/Aphi (no specific order but Aphi sorta hit a rough patch with their seniors dropping last year, but still great house)

Still pretty much top:
Pi Phi or Kappa (they’ve been arguing forever about this, but honestly who cares anymore, they both do stuff with good frats and have a lot of the same friends)

Upper mid:
Chi O

Middle and beyond:
Gphi/KD
ADPi

AGD

looks good but sig chi hasn't thrown a party all quarter, they should prob be even with SAE/Sig Ep. also would put Kappa in top 4 above pi phi

Sig chi lost their whole pledge class this quarter, and hasn’t thrown any parties. The top should go:

as of now, it’s very accurate to say theta Xi is slightly above beta, other than that this is the most accurate ranking

All potential new members should look at this rank next fall and pledge DG OR THETA OR PI PHI because they are definitely top!! Aphi and Kappa aren’t top and it’s not because I’m jealous or anything it just because it true and everything in this website is true and accurate, no fake news here.

honestly true lmao, aphi has been problematic af (internally and externally) forever, and kappa has had horrible sisterhood and so much petty drama (former roommate was kappa before she dropped because of it). dg/theta/pi phi is ur best bet for a genuine and fun house worth your money and commitment

Sigma Pi should be up just below ThetaXI in Middle.
They are better than that. They are not Bottom.
