sigma pi + others?

How would you rank these guys 2019? Top? Upper middle? Middle? Do they throw nice parties + hang out with sororities? What about beta and sig ep?

They are low, no one knows who they are. Nice parties but no one really shows up, hang out with one or two low sororities. Beta and Sig Ep are much better.

They have great quarterlys with a huge turnout but all their normal parties suck.

I think they’re fine. Quarterlys are pretty good. Definitely a diverse house.

Definitely lower than the other two but on the rise as well. Been flying under the radar for a bit while trying to rebuild their house. Really nice guys and they aren’t in any trouble with ifc like some other houses.

They row walked my sorority yesterday and honestly their pledges are super cute. Parties are hit or miss, but when their parties get going, they get a huge turnout!
