when/how do they decide who to bid

by: yolo123

I definitely have some frats I feel like I vibe with but I don't know how long am I suppose to stay at their house before they decide if I'm in or not, I just don't wanna waste my time somewhere and then they tell me no when I could have gone to some other house

This is a very legitimate concern when rushing frats. There’s no solid answer, you have to go with your gut and feel whether they like you as much as you like them, truly. And if they do stay as long as you can without compromising your time at other houses. Especially as the days progress you should be narrowing down your options and going to less houses to spend more time at them

A tip, go to the house you like the most and you feel likes you the most LAST, and stay there until rush ends. It’ll look like you’re really committed to them if you stay there till the end of rush and not like you’re running to another house.
I’d say save an hour for the last house.

Can’t bid till today because of IFC rules. If they want you they’ll bid you mostly either today or tomorrow if you hang around for an hour or so, most houses want to talk to you some more before they decide. If they don’t like you they’ll either tell you that you aren’t a good fit (which sucks but at least you don’t waste time) or they’ll kinda not really talk to you or focus on passing you to other guys.
