house trends/movement 2019

Rush starts soon! Theres lots of ranks out there but as a pnm it’s also important to consider the direction a house is moving in recent years. They are ranked but some people disagree on the top ones and truth be told a pnm would be lucky to be in any of the top 4 or 5!

Aphi - great younger girls but the leadership has had some issues as I’m sure you’ve read on this site. Still a great house though any pnm would be lucky to join
Theta - had an amazing rush last year and trended upwards until the followers thing, they’re still a great house though
DG - stayed the same, also a good house
PiPhi - not one of the old top houses but has recently trended upwards, will probably be tougher to get in now
Kappa - used to be u disputed numer 1 and has some nice people but some not so unfortunately trended down this year. Future is uncertain.
KD - rising and will be more selective this year
Chio - stays the same
Gphi - fell but theres still a lot of great people in the house
Adpi - stayed
Axo - stayed
Agd - stayed
