Then Pi Phi, almost top tier
Middle are:

Lower mid:
ADPi
Bottom:
Alpha Chi
AGD

Pi phi is a top house. Not almost, it IS.
PNM’s please disregard this campaign that one desperate person has taken upon themselves to make Pi Phi look less than and thereby keeping their house in some outdated top position. It’s getting old, annoying and looks so sad and pathetic.

I need to clarify. I think it’s Gphi that is the OP here rather than a top house because they’ve ranked themselves so beyond high. It should go chi o, kd and then gphi.

DG isn’t top it’s still Aphi. Kappa is not above Theta. Middle should be Chi O then KD then G Phi. Placement of Pi Phi is accurate bc they’re a good house and trending up but just aren’t part of the historical 4 houses that have always been top. They’re the first house that’s been able to break into that category in years so it’s just a matter of time before people realize the “top four” is an outdated notion but that hasn’t happened yet.

Actually Aphi most recently broke into the top 4. Less than a decade ago was at the bottom of the middle AT BEST. Only in the last 2 years has it even been considered the clear #1. So these things are more fluid than you know. Guessing you are probs not s senior

Honestly don’t think it’s a top tier house here. I think it’s Gphi. They’re definitely not above Chi O and KD has risen above them after last rush
