- Theta aphi pi phi dg kappa
(commonly agreed are the most fun/relevant houses, pi phi recently became good and kappa used to be top but is getting worse. It's gonna depend how rush goes this year to tell if they will keep moving in those directions. Honestly pnms would probably be happy in any of these 5 especially if they're mainly interested in a good social scene. These houses all mix with the good frats.)

definitely the next two, both have really nice people but not quite as many good events as the top houses
- kd adpi
also really nice people but only usually mix with mid-lower frats
- agd axo
kinda irrelevant tbh but there are some cool individuals. these are better if you're interested in philanthropy and academics
Frats
this is just how most people view it, everyone has different opinions especially if they have a lot of friends in a certain frat.
-sae, sig chi, zbt, sig ep
(sae has the best parties, sig chi is overrated but for some reason is still considered a top house, same for zbt they are declining, and sig ep is hot but they know it. )
-sig nu, phi psi,lambda
super nice guys and honestly sometimes these houses have better parties than the "top houses." sig nu is just your pretty basic average frat, phi psi is really fun but the guys can be awk before you get to know them. lambda was on sopro last year but they back now
- theta xi, beta, aepi
really nice people in all these too but not quite as good social calendars as the above. theta xi has fun pool parties
- dtd, pi kapp
nobody really talks about them much
