what makes aphi the number 1 house on most ranks?

Seriously want to know as a pnm. Regardless of what house changes as #2, people continue to rank Aphi as #1 in every rank posted recently. I’ve looked at Instagram for all the top houses like y’all have suggested and their page here says they have the highest drop rate. So why always top?

They’re just pretty cheerleaders. Not necessarily top level personalities and not everyone would be happy in APhi so don’t join just for name.

I hear that Aphi is really expensive that’s why there’s a big drop rate but always stays at top because of diversity and bubbly personalities and they’re cool overall. All frats love them

All sororitys costs are about the same and, in all honesty, if you can’t afford one, you can’t afford any. This is not an excuse for a disproportionately high drop rate compared to other sororitys.
