No way that Pi Phi is above Kappa. The top 4 are
Alpha Phi DG Theta and Kappa. The order is up to
the discretion of the lister---changes by individual
preference.

Ask any of the top frats, when guys have any events with pi phi (if any at all) they refer to them as "charity events" because no one wants to do anything with them. Ask literally anyone from PC '18, this isn't even an unpopular opinion, its the truth. Pi phi stop trying so hard
