As a guy, I'd say the new top 2 houses are DG and pi phi! all the rest (a phi, kappa, theta) have fallen below
Top houses for frats are Sig chi and zbt. Just based off the last year. then sae, sig ep, snu, lambda

No. This is probably kappa trying to make other houses that rose above them look bad. Don't bring zbt in to this mess damn. top house for sure are a phi for sororitys and sig chi for frats. all those mentioned in this post are top tier except people have their own opinion on the order

Rank within top tier is super subjective. Lots of people thing dg and sig ep are #1 now. Depends on who you talk to
