rush fall 2013: sae vs. zbt

SAE- One of the most solid fraternities on the row for sure. They may be on social probation for another quarter but its not a big deal at all. They'll be off in the winter and they'll be even better then before. Chill guys, great house and killer parties. Sororities love them, especially KKG. Personally Id rush them over ZBT but they're both great.

ZBT- A cool house sprinkled with some athletes and some goobers in the recent pledge classes. Just got off social probation so they'll be raging in the Fall for sure. Old president got booted for the I'm Shmacked video. Still, a really promising house and they'll be great in the fall. Shares a top spot with SAE for sure and will definitely get better.

Both houses are filled with buff and athletic kids. They all pretty much look the same. They both drink and party the most out of any other houses and are very well liked by all sororities (although sig ep and sig chi tend to have closer ties with the top sororities). the cons are that ZBT has some weird questionable kids(goobers) in the house and SAE has some douchebags in the house. Still, when not on social probation, these are the top 2 houses at ucla.

You can't really go wrong rushing either house but you might want to also check out Sig Ep and Sig Chi if you like to party and are more laid back. They are both also great houses

if you're a meathead douche go zbt/sae

If you're chill go sigep/sigma chi

both are incredibly similar honestly
both party the hardest/have the best parties, have close ties to the top sororities, have super hot guys, jock types, and are the two top houses
SAE has been on social probation for years though and literally never get off
ZBT was only on this past year and s off in the fall and will be going crazy

What Does social probation even change for SAE. Less parties? I don't see how ucla would moderate that.

U dont get events with sororities when on probation
No quarterly, no formats, no raids, no date parties
Ya they still have people over on Thursdays but that's it

Modified means u get like 3 events
U can't "do all that"
And they'll most definitely be on full in no time

ZBT has full social which means as many events as they want a week
Not just 3 or 4 events the whole quarter which is "modified"

Why would u have more than 3/4 registered events with ucla in a quarter anyway. SAEs yacht event last quarter was the talk of every sorority girl and by far the best big event of the quarter. Social pro isn't stopping them at all. Just sayin
