what is social life for upperclassmen like?

Thinking about transferring here or SB as a junior and am wondering if juniors/seniors go to frat parties and if it’s common for juniors to rush (especially as transfers, how does recruitment usually go for them) What is the social scene usually like for upperclassmen? Do most live off campus in apartments?
