Kappa isn’t even close to to the top. The last two PCs were full of legacies who would have been laughed out of old Kappa houses. I’m so sure.

Kappa may not be NUMBER ONE anymore like 5 years ago but they definitely are top 4. I don't know where your head is at. Kappa consistently hangs out with the top frats while PiPhi DOESN'T. Any PNM would take Kappa over PiPhi,.
