DONT listen to greek rank this site is bull
if you want a true rankling and description of fraternities without bashing anyone im gonna lay it down for you
Top Tier- (sees top sororities, has biggest parties, gets hottest girls)
1. ZBT -Athletes/ Jocks/ Pretty Boys, Party Hard but are very well liked, really cool and very popular amongst girls, fun guys, super Fratty the Top house at the moment, especially with them having full social in fall
2. SAE- Jock types/ pretty boys as well, younger guys suck cuz SAE has been on probation since as long as i can remember older guys are great. still really cool guys though, party hard and very popular amongst girls, super Fratty, Top house with ZBT but the fact that they are always on probation and are still gonna be on probation doesnt make them quite as good
3. Sig Ep- Not as good looking, more of chillers/ weed smokers than frat stars. still very well liked, close with Alpha Phi which makes them good. nice dudes, parties arent as crazy as ZBT and SAE but still great
4. Sig Chi- fun guys, have dance parties, nice dudes, but notorious as the "pregame" house. parties start real early and end real early cuz the girls come, drink their alcohol, then leave and go to ZBT, SAE, and occasionally Sig ep

Middle Tier- (average parties, sees mid tier sororities with occasional visit from a top tier)
Sig Nu- average parties, most are nice, usually good quarterlies, haze hard though and sometimes creep girls out
Beta- nice guys, decent parties, mid tier rivals with sig nu, decent
Lambda Chi- known as the "soft" guys, overally nice, decent parties, good quarterlies
bottom tier- (see bottom tier girls, never really see top tier sororities, not so great parties)
the rest of the fraternities- hard to differentiate cuz i personally dont know much about them but overall not that great. doesnt mean you wont have fun in one or wont like the guys and have great brotherhood

i'll try and give an honest ranking of the top houses as well
top tier (zbt/sigep/sigma chi all on same level, sae now a touch below):
zbt - hit or miss--a lot of cool athletes and gym rats that girls like but they also bid a lot of goobers. have been getting into a lot of trouble the past few years but no real signs of them slowing down thanks to their good support from nationals.
sig ep - only "top" house who seems to stay out of trouble, known as the chiller house. definitely had the best pledge class last year thanks to the social pro of the other top three houses. a lot of so cal kids. surfers/athletic, known to smoke alottt. very close with APhi (definitely the top sorority with kappa) which helps their rep.
sig chi - nice guys, a lot of christians. not a whole lot of bad to say except they try too hard to be "fratty" (seems as if they've traded all their pants and shorts in for chubbies). a lot of girls go here to pre game so they shut down early.
sae - not what they used to be. definitely an undisputed top house at one point, but weak pledge classes + constant social pro has taken this house down a notch. their last "great" pledge class has graduated. kappas still obsessed with them though. no way last years freshmen/sophomores will be able to keep this house at the top (or even on the row for that matter).

As someone with roommates in low tier houses, I think I can give a decent ranking for the rest...
As much as you guys hate (and I do too) Theta Xi, id put theta xi and pikapp as lower mid while EN Beta and lambda are upper mid.
Following that, theta chi and pike are upper bottom tier while sigma pi, dtd, Aepi, and triangle are lower bottom tier.

This is the same deal as always, in fact the way the tiers were chosen/described are actually worse than usual probably (3 fraternities for the whole middle tier and then describing every house past number 7 as bottom tier and indifferentiable?). I agree with number 3, acting like Pi Kapp and Theta Xi are indistinguishable from Triangle and DTD is kind of absurd.

didnt say i couldnt differentiate
i said i personally just didnt know much about all the houses below that
realistically mid tier is only Beta, Lambda, and Sig Nu
i guess pi kapp would be considered lower mid
and theta xi upper bottom
with DTD and Triange and lower bottom tier

this whole ALL CAPS message is cute, but you are just one of the same people who spam the same ranking everywhere acting as different people (with often literally copied and pasted text), this is nothing special. i wonder why so many of you feel the need to "correct" each other with the "REAL ACTUAL HONEST top rankings (insert 'from a top sorority' sometimes)" when you are all saying the same thing. bet you are a zbt

This is the ranking by tier and it hasn't changed that much for the last three years.
Top Tier:
ZBT, SAE, Sig Chi, Sig Ep
Upper Middle:
Lambda, Sig Nu, Beta
Middle:
Pi Kap, Theta Xi, DTD
Lower Tier:
DSP, Theta Chi, Triangle, Pike, etc
No clue where sig pi belongs, but rushees should look for middle tier or higher.
End of story. Every house has its good and bad, find one that fits you.

the sole fact you put pike/theta chi below dtd and theta xi shows youre either a dtd or theta xi trying to self rank yourselves up again .. sigh

No, Im in sig pi and therefore omitted them from the ranking. The fact that you're so butthurt about theta chi and pike being ranked in the bottom probably means you're in one of these houses. It's not really a surprise they are in the bottom, just look at their rep
