THE most accurate rank I've seen. Theta & Kappa I would put as very close #2&3 but other than that spot on!

shut up. i know there's ONE piphi freak who is the only one posting comments and liking posts about how piphi is a new top house. it's honestly so funny. they still do events with mid tier frats and are a lot less hot than the top four. its so embarassing please try to be content with your middle tier house, piphi..... so sad

this isnt old and you know it. this is current. aphi is #1 because kappa has moved down a little bit over the past few years and theta has moved up with their 2018 PC. even though kappa has moved down they are still WELL above the middle tier sororities like piphi and chiO. and all PNMS with any brain can tell.

I still think Kappa > Theta and DG because of their history as the number #2 (or #1 depending on who you ask) at UCLA. One or two not amazing PCs haven't dropped them below number 3. Most people still consider them top 2, because their brother frat is SAE.
