why is sigma chi considered top?

So sigma chi is listed as top across the board and I'm wondering why. Girls I know much prefer going to houses like SAE & SigEp. Those two seem more involved. Any opinions or reasons on why Sig Chi is consensus "top"

Probably because they are on the same level as those two frat but have managed to stay away from controversy UNLIKE those two frats, especially SAE

You don’t really hear anything about sig chi. Like I’m a sophomore and I’ve never heard a thing. Are they even involved? Parties? They sound boring af
