can we talk about phi psi

Is it true that Phi psi is determined to rise up in the rankings and is telling everyone they're only doing events with the top 7 sorority houses?? Ive heard this from multiple people and am wondering in what world do they think this is how to "rise up" in the house ranks...

Why would saying this now even matter ??? The events and social calendars are already made.
The guys already picked what house they’re rushing.
