I feel like this is lowkey valid? I mean it’s kind of pessimistic to be asking about negatives but recruitment is sooo fake and especially for a freshman who doesn’t know about the houses it can be hard to know this stuff even though they’re things that can have an impact on their experience. still I feel like it’s the wrong attitude they should be focusing on the positive

I mean yeah I guess but the only answers you’re gonna get on an anonymous forum are gonna be wildly and probably untrue rumors made up to make a house look bad. Like look at the first comment. If you’re really concerned about the negatives of a house ask around in person, they’re more likely to give a truthful answer

I agree you might not get truthful answers asking about this on greekrank BUT it’s worth noting that the two “rumors” the first post talks about are both true. The dg thing happened in front of a lot of people and tbh I don’t think most people thought it was that big of a deal, just a little questionable. But yeah just ask anyone who went to sig eps philanthropy. And the pi phi thing is true too but that was from several years ago and also kind of a freak accident situation so I’m no sure how it’s relevant?
