As far as authenticity I mean with each other too. As in, do they really like EACH OTHER and get along or is this just a fake show for rush? SOME houses more than others seemed like they were forcing it maybe? Although they were all "nice"

This is SO important to me and I think something that some of these "top" houses have lost sight of. I'm looking for genuine friendships with other girls not just for the next four years but for a lifetime. Might sound corny but I'm not just looking to hook up with frat guys every night. Don't get me wrong cute guys are a plus but guys are everywhere, not just in frats.

I don’t get that from theta or a phi
I don’t believe they’re genuinely friends with each other let alone SISTERS but I have to say the rest of the top houses do seem to have genuine friendships and bonds

See, I feel that way about Kappa but I could be wrong. It could just be that I didn't vibe with them

No you’re right I felt kappa was very disingenuous and the girls didn’t even seem to be friendly with each other. When I asked one girl what her favorite times with her sisters were she struggled to come up with something and proceeded to talk about her friend from high school who doesn’t go to ucla but visits her often and the fun things they do in LA
That worried me so I haven’t been considering them an option since day 2 anymore

I've just realized I'm not going to find a "fit" everywhere and that's the point of formal rush. I honestly think I've narrowed it down to two already but that's kind of scary because I might not get invited back. Yikes.

Yeah, agree, like all this emphasis on who the top sororitys mingle with (frats) and like just want to see them be actual friends with each other, lol

I want real friends real sisters a fun cool time
Not some uptight fake facade like a phi. Sure they sell it well but it’s all a front it’s so transparent when you compare to the vives at the other houses

I do too but also feel confused because not sure who's authentic. All were very nice though and have a full sched today
