low tier sorority or non greek?

by: Lol

Is it better to drop rush or to join the lowest house? It seems that the stigma that surrounds lower tier houses might be worse than not being in a sorority at all?

It’s much better to be in a sorority than not. Keep in mind that about 20-30 percent of girls don’t even get a bid (might be a bit less but it’s around there) so be grateful for the house that picks you and try to give it a chance no matter the tier

So be grateful for what invites you do get rah day. Most girls come thinking they’ll get a full schedule of top houses
Not the case
But remember some girls don’t get anything and are completely cut even by day 2 so be grateful and carry on

All houses are good all have events

Only difference is lower houses mix with lower frats and they have fewer events but they all have beautiful houses on sorority row and plenty of sisterhood events
Getting a bid to any house is an accomplishment at ucla. The rush at ucla is very competitive These are all top ucla admits so the competition is high and yes last year of 1,100 rushees only about 750 got bids. The rest did not.
