They haven’t secured a house because they didn’t get enough signatures of people willing to sign move in contracts.
The house was given to one of the other unhoused frats waiting for a house.

And anyway it won’t be ready for move in until next fall 2019 not winter

Remember this tho. All the other frats own their houses. Pi kapp is leading. There’s no guarantee they’ll have the house after that year as the landlord can kick them out any time he wants. Pi kapp will be in the same situation they are in rn: unhoused. And they don’t have alumni to buy a house and don’t have enough guys to fund one. Rush at your own risk.

They can get kicked out by the owner. Cause it is designed to be an apartment complex. So he can just lease rooms to normal people. Pi kapp can’t fill the house anyways so they’ll have renters there sharing the house with them. Pi kapp also can’t put letters on it because it’s not their frat house. Look up building codes in Westwood
