minimum gpa for sororities

Panhellenic sets a gpa requirement of 2.5 to participate in rush.
HOWEVER, each house sets their own cut off for gpa and it is usually well above 2.5 especially considering this is Ucla.
The cutoff is different for each house and secret. Nobody will tell you as it is part of membership selection secrecy.

They have access to your ucla records when you submit your application they will check and do automatic cuts after round 1

So should I even bother in rushing if I’m below 3.3? Even though my HS GPA was a 4.0 and was involved on campus last year? I had a tough year because of personal issues.

You should still rush. Nobody knows what the exact cutoff is for each house but I’m sure there’s a good amount that will accept above 3.0
