sorority pledge process?

So I know sororities don't technically haze because pledges are allowed to drop at any time, but what happens during the sorority pledge process? Like what kind of stuff will I have to do? I'm an incoming freshmen and I was thinking about rushing but I want to know what I'm getting myself into

Lambda doesn't have a pledge process. You become a full me pretty much immediately

It actually builds a connection to that house. And you’re LESS likely to drop later down th road after having gone through what you have to be there in the first place.

But you hear things from friends in other houses during pledge quarter
For the guys sigma Nu and sae have been rumored to be tough
For the girls I hear things about theta
Weird stuff
But I can’t say for sure it’s just stuff you hear in Greek life
