Stop the horrible rankings. So many frats trying to climb up since a few frats are most likely suspended. Actual new Ranks.

Top; Sig Chi, Sig Nu, Beta (Congrats to Beta and Sig Nu I guess?)
Upper-mid; Lambda, Phi Psi, Theta Xi (Congrats Theta Xi?)
Middle; Sig Pi, AEPI, Pi Kapp
Lower Mid; Theta Chi, DTD
Bottom; Doesn't Matter
Unranked; SAE, ZBT and Sig Ep (Dry Frat=No Fun)
