6 feet at least, Athletic looking and rich. Race also matters a little too. If ur white, then 5’9 is all you need

Middle houses to lower houses don’t care what year you are
Top frats do.
I believe sig chi had only 1 transfer in their entire pledge class last fall.

Sig chi did have one transfer in their fall pledge class 2017
So it’s possible very difficult but possible basically have to be perfect in every other aspect
