Top; Kappa, APhi, DG, Theta, Sig Chi, Sig Ep, SAE, ZBT- These are the people that you see in magazines and movies. They often have a net worth of $1,000,000+ and can be spotted rocking Chanel, Gucci or Prada while showcasing their Lambo, Aston Martin or Rari. The top of the top
Uppermid; Pi Phi, Chi O, G Phi, Sig Nu, Beta, Phi Psi, Lambda- Every Country strives on a solid upper-middle class. People in this tier can be spotted vacationing in Cancun or in their $1,000,000 6 bedroom house in Orange County. They can also be spotted driving a Mercedes Benz or a BMW.
Middle; KD, ADPI, Theta Xi, Sig Pi, AEPI, Pi Kapp- Not the best but definately not the worst. The basic middle of the pack lifestyle. Can be spotted in a small but comfy suburban home and/or driving a Lexus or an Infiniti. This class also screams Patagonia.
Lower Mid; AXO, AGD, DTD, Theta Chi- Still not bad. Can be seen in a 2 bedroom house/apartment with very messy bathrooms. Most likely driving a Toyota Prius or any Honda car. Heard they are the freakiest in bed too.

True. G phi and lambda are simply middle tier. Not upper middle.
The upper middle houses (pi phi/chio and (Beta/sig Nu) still have events with the top houses.
G phi and Lambda DO NOT! Therefore they are not in the upper middle they are basic middle of the road houses for those who can’t get into the 6 best frats or sororitys
