Easily sigma chi. They have a lot of guys come out and usually fill their classes with guys from OC
Sig Ep, ZBT, Sigma Nu and Beta will bid anyone who can hold a decent convo and looks athletic
SAE gets weeded out by most rushes as they know they won't make the cut or can't handle their pledge ship
Don't bother rushing other houses if you want to party with the hottest girls

If you're asking for tips to get a bid from Sigma Chi you aren't getting a bid. If you don't fit the white surfer from socal you probably aren't fitting in. As for SAE lets just say if you have doubts about pledging don't.
