rush sororities as a transfer?

I am starting this fall as a transfer and really want to rush. What are the chances to get into a top house?
Especially if you are attractive and have a large social media following/ ur famous?
There was this youtuber who got into Kappa as a transfer - is that how it works?

It’s just about matching personalities and getting along. She even admits in her videos she was cut from other houses she really liked besides 2 (kappa and a phi). So no her YouTube fame didn’t matter. It was just she clicked at some houses and at others she wasn’t what they were looking for. Just be yourself go through rush and see what happens
