can we talk about “retention”

Here’s what retention actually means: amount of girls that get a bid and don’t drop before initiation.
Usually, a house rushed well/is considered good if <5 members drop.
COB’ing/winter rush/spring rush aren’t USUALLY based on retention (key word: usually) but rather to fill the house for any type of reason. This could mean graduates, abroad girls, OR girls that dropped before initiation.
If any of you were in ACTUAL Greek life, you’d know this lol stop saying a house is bad because they “had to” do winter rush
