opinions on kkg/theta/dg/aphi

Hi!
I'm rushing next year and after reading GreekRank, I don't want to be in a middle/bottom house, . I think THETA is my favorite based on reputation, but would really like opinionS on them all/differences between them? I've heard KKG is catty Aphi parties and DG is smart, but what else distinguishes them? Thanks.

Odds you even get one of these houses are very low. Rush is super competitive and “deciding” beforehand never ends well
