opinions on chi o/pi phi/g phi

Hi!
I'm rushing next year and after reading GreekRank, I don't want to be in a top house, but I still want a good one. I think Chi O is my favorite based on reputation, but would really like opinions on them all/differences between them? I've heard Pi Phi parties and G Phi is smart, but what else distinguishes them? Thanks.

The hate is strong. Here’s the rundown. Both pi phi and chi o had great pledge classes and were the most desired after the top 4. Both of These houses are good alternatives as they still have frequent events with top frats (sig chi, sig Ep, zbt) and get most of the hot:pretty girls that there wasn’t space for in the top 4. During rush you’ll know where you fit in more. Don’t worry about it beforehand you don’t know which houses will even be calling you back
As for g phi, they’re at the bottom of this tier. Pledge class had a mix of girls. Some cute some basic They have events mostly with middle tier frats. They did have one pinning with sig chi this year but it’s a pinning so not guaranteed to happen again.

I literally didn’t know where anyone on GR gets their information..GPhi had events with ¾ top houses last year (just not SAE) and never had a Sig Chi pinning. Wouldn’t take much more than Instagram to figure this out haha
