There aren't actual pairings. Many different sororities hangout with many different fraternities. Sig Ep for example hangs out with ADPI a good amount of times. Its just that some relationships are a bit stronger than others.

Nobody is saying they exclusively hang out with that particular house. It’s just that those houses have strong relationships in terms of events every quarter, going to each other’s philanthropies, and even having pledge class mixers
