Pi Kapp has gone significantly downhill the past year due to recruitment issues. They are riding off of their graduating seniors still. They will Be unhoused until 2019 when they will move in on a year to year lease. Meaning any time that the landlord wants to not renew the lease means they can become unhoused again. So beware. Dsp is pretty terrible tbh.

Pikapp currently does have a lot of members due to their seniors but still got the second largest pledge class for this winter after Lambda. They currently do not have recruitment issues but could have them next year being unhoused for a single year.
